Dr. Steven Harris * Chairman & CEO

Dr. Steven Harris better known as "Bro. Steve" in the entertainment industry is celebrating over 40 years in the broadcast and media industry. 

Born in Cleveland, Ohio Steven Harris known as “Bro. Steve” has been in the entertainment and broadcast industry for over 40 years. He is the son of Pastor Dr. Wardell and Mother Ora Harris…of Greater Harvard Avenue Church of God in Christ in Cleveland, and the little brother to master choir director and song writer Antoinette Harris, who started him in the industry. He is the husband to his lovely wife Lady Shamelle Harris and the father to his amazing daughter Yvonne Marie Harris.

Bro. Steve started broadcasting on the high school radio station and also doing the morning announcements on the school PA systems every day. Later he started professional radio at age 17 years old on WSUM radio 1000 as the weekend line up announcer and disc jockey.  After graduating from high school he attended Kent State University where he become the lead radio DJ at WKSR radio doing the Sunday night Gospel Show. During college he started his first professional job in television working for the PBS network at WVIZ TV on the weekends.

After graduating as  the top African American in the school of Broadcasting on his graduation day, Steve moved to Hollywood  California September of 1990 to further pursue his career and the calling on his life for broadcasting. His work has been seen on NBC, CBS, FOX, Disney, PBS and multiple cable and television networks. He has worked on such shows as the NAACP Image Awards, Motown 40, Miss Collegiate African American Pageant, Lou Rawls Parade of Stars, African Heritage Movie Network with Ossie Davis and Ruby Dee and countless other television specials.

Shamelle Harris * Vice President

Shamelle is a native of Denver, Colorado. She brings a vast  background in corporate banking and finance. She has also work with several non profit groups in Denver with programs to assist the elderly and youth.  Shamelle has a strong background with operations and organizational needs of  our non profit corporation. Shamelle handles the day to day operations along with our CEO. She oversees the operational needs for each department of the corporation. Shamelle has a strong heart for the people of the community and often times you may find her speaking with homeless persons or on the grocery story purchasing food for needy families out of her on pocket. 

Shamelle wants to see the growth of individual through training programs and events for personal growth.

Dr. AnGele Ralph * Secretary

An ex-corporate Controller of CPA Firm turned entrepreneur, thought-leader, keynote speaker, philanthropist, coach, author, and nationally recognized business expert – all thanks to the harmonious intersection of passion, experience, pain, growth, and a hunger for more. After nearly 20 years of working with over 15,000 entrepreneurs in setting up their business infrastructure, protection, and legitimacy.

One of the strong skills of Ms. Ralph is the ability to negotiate contracts, proposals and agreements. She works closely with Ms. Shamelle Harris to make sure the day to day financial operations are taken care of and all business structures are in proper order. In addition, Ms. Ralph has set up over 1,000 companies in the Los Angeles area with corporate structure and financing.

Brandon Cade * Treasurer

Brandon Cade brings a vast amount of experience with corporate relations and corporate communications. His work in the community has grown to help thousands of people not just in the Los Angeles area but around the world. He works closely with Shamelle  Harris on execution programs with corporate clients and relations. 

Antoinette Morris * Sr. Advisor

Recording artist, writer, musician, community leader. Antoinette does it all and makes it happen. As senior advisor Ms. Morris has a strong background with working in the community and creating new innovative programs for the arts. She also serves in several community leadership positions. In addition she works with the court system connected with the mayor's office. She has a strong relationship with civic, police and political leaders.
